Checking in
- Airline counters and kiosks are on Level 3, Ticketing. Most airlines let you check in on their app and print bag tags at a kiosk.
- Each airline sets its own cutoff for checked bags and boarding. Check yours, especially on festival weekends when lines run long.
- Then head down to the security checkpoint on Level 2.
Baggage claim
Baggage claim is on Level 1. The screens list each arriving flight's carousel. The exits from claim lead straight to buses (Door 2), the Customer Service Office (near Door 6), taxis (Door 7) and the rideshare curb.
Delayed, damaged or lost bags
Report it before you leave
Go to your airline's baggage service office at baggage claim and file a report. Get a file reference number.
Keep receipts
Airlines often reimburse reasonable costs while a bag is delayed. Ask what your airline covers.
Know your rights
US rules require refunds of bag fees for significantly delayed bags in many cases. See the US DOT fly rights page.
Left something in the terminal?
That goes to the airport's lost and found, not the airline. See lost and found.
